Publishing services

Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, lawful source material, and confirmation that they own or have permission to use all submitted content.
Payments and cancellations
Payment schedules and cancellation terms are stated in the relevant project agreement. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue. Completed work and costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
Intellectual property
Clients retain rights to their original manuscripts and approved final deliverables subject to full payment and the applicable agreement. Third-party assets, fonts, stock media, and publishing platforms may remain subject to their own licenses.
Limitations and third parties
We do not guarantee sales rankings, revenue, media coverage, reviews, or acceptance by third-party publishing platforms. Third-party services operate under their own policies and availability.
